UNFPA commissioned ICOMP to provide technical assistance
to strengthen RH Programme Management in Mongolia in the year 2002.
To initiate the process, a management tool kit was developed.
Developing the tool kit involved a workshop of key stakeholders
to identify key management areas needing attention, covering strategic
planning, managing implementation of strategies and task competencies.
A checklist of tasks for various levels was also developed.
Designed as a national resource for RH programme managers and service
providers, the tool kit has been adapted into a training package
by the Ministry of Health, Mongolia.
