GPO BOX 2925, Partners is an inter-governmental alliance of 16 developing countries, created for the specific purpose of promoting and improving the transfer of knowledge, expertise, and skills in population and reproductive health through South-to-South collaboration. Its programme areas encompass leadership development, policy dialogue, communication, documentation and governance. Information regarding these programme areas can be found on the website. Partners produces and disseminates information such as the LINKS and South-South newsletters, country briefs, media releases and, in support of the other units, a range of discussion papers and reports. Published documents on this website include newsletters, workshop reports, project overview, research reports, success stories and Partners manual for documenting practices in RH, population and development. The 'Partners Handbook' may also be downloaded from this website. The handbook is divided into 5 sections: Introduction to Partners, South-South collaboration, development of collaboration proposals, networking, information flow and advocacy, as well as resource list (contact address in Partner countries).
