In addition, on 1st October 2001, Population Concern opened its first office in Scotland to consolidate and expand its advocacy and education initiatives in Scotland. The 'press centre' provides up-to-date facts, figures and expertise on global reproductive health issues and case studies from concurrent programmes and projects in over 20 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
